A fire yesterday knocked out TV, mobile and internet service to potentially millions of people in the Seoul area subscribed to communications provider KT Corporation.<br />Many businesses have lost even the ability to process credit card transactions.<br />As of this morning, KT says more than half of its services have been restored.<br />Specifically, the company said it has restored 60 percent of services at mobile base stations and 70 percent of internet lines.<br />On Saturday, a KT building in Seoul's Ahyeon neighborhood caught fire, paralyzing its mobile and internet networks in much of the capital.<br />KT said that as of 10:30 this morning an investigation is underway into what caused the fire.<br />It said getting the systems back to normal will likely take at least a week. <br />
